Established in 1997, our 5,500 sq foot log cabin rests on 2 1/2 acres of beautiful wooded property offering a labyrinth, meditation garden, waterfall, pond, walking path, 8 treatment rooms, a retail shop, classroom, dry sauna, aqua flotation bed, Sunspectra Capsule, massage school and more. Massage Therapy Training
If you want to become a successful massage therapist, learn from the best health and wellness center in the Midwest. Through hands on experience and progressive teaching you will develop the skills needed to become a licensed massage therapist in our 600 Hour Training Program. click here for more
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification
Strengthen and enrich your Hatha Yoga practice while learning to safely and effectively teach students of all levels: from beginner to intermediate to advanced. Our program is affiliated and registered with Yoga Alliance. click here for more
Private Meditation Instruction
Private individual meditation for beginners to the advanced are available to learn specific techniques to improve your level of depth as you move to the center of your being.

Private or Couples / Group Yoga Instruction
Come learn the benefits of Hatha Yoga and how to incorporate it into your life with private or partner / group instruction. Special attention is given to the individuals alignment, breath, and areas of pain and injury. Not only are you given postures to build your practice but also to expand your spiritual awareness. All ages are welcome.

Life Coaching
Soderworld has access to several life coaches and healers. We believe that no one in need of coaching through difficult times should be turned away because of financial burdens. Life coaching can range from “FREE” Sunday classes at 9:30 to working one on one with Eric Soderholm for a donation to Soderworld. Techniques such as EFT (emotional freedom technique), Hypnotherapy, Hawaiian Arch Therapy, Chakra Clearing, Sound Vibrational Healing are also offered.
Prices ranging from 60 minutes – $30 to $125. Pricing varies depending on the session.
